Clarity II® uses two laser wavelengths, 755 nm and 1064 nm, to target pigment in the hair follicle. Your provider selects the wavelength and treatment settings based on your skin tone, hair characteristics, and treatment area. Because hair grows in different cycles and the laser is most effective when a hair is actively growing, a series of sessions is typically recommended.
The system’s IntelliTrak™ rollers help guide consistent coverage across the treatment area, while cryogen cooling is designed to protect the skin and improve comfort during treatment. The treatment plan is customized to your needs, and the number of sessions may vary. Dr. Yao can assess the areas you would like treated and discuss what to expect during a consultation.
